2018年博士毕业于兰州大学核科学与技术学院粒子物理与原子核物理专业。2015年9月-2017年9月期间，获国家留学基金委资助公派至德国亥姆霍兹德累斯顿罗森多夫研究中心联合培养。2019年入职中国工程物理研究院电子工程研究所，现为先进集成与专用芯片技术研究室抗辐射加固技术研究中心辐射效应组组长。

辐射效应机理与模型、辐射效应测试表征技术、辐射效应建模仿真技术、系统级抗辐射加固技术。

主持国家自然科学基金、XX重大专项、某部委抗加预研等多项国家级项目，承担竞争性课题经费超10000万元。累计发表学术论文30余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文如下：
