学习工作经历
2010年美国密歇根大学获得材料科学与工程专业博士学位; 2010年-2012年在日本东京大学从事博士后研究 2012年-2015年在香港理工大学和香港科技大学担任博后和研究员 2015年加入中物院材料所,任职至今 曾获聘国家级青年技术专家,科技部重点研发计划特聘专家,中物院重装专家等,入选四川省等地专家库。并兼任浙江大学就业指导教师、电子科技大学客座教授等职务。担任Energy Material Advances期刊青年编委。
研究方向
近十年来主要聚焦辐射探测技术,开展领域前沿的关键材料和器件研究,开发有商业前景的技术并致力于科研成果转化。研究方向具体包括硅基辐射探测器、钙钛矿半导体辐射探测器和氚的测量技术等。主持或参与自科基金面上项目、科技部国家重点研发计划、973重点研发计划等10余项项目,并将一款硅辐射探测器成功地进行成果转化。迄今共在Advanced Materials、Advanced Science、JMCA、Small、Nano Letters、nanoscale等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,SCI他引500余次。中国发明专利受理24项,其中授权中国专利9项。 1、钙钛矿辐射探测器:辐射探测器在国防、公共安全、医疗等国计民生各行业均有广泛应用,但目前国内高性能辐射探测器如碲锌镉等主要依赖进口。卤化铅基钙钛矿单晶和纳米晶有优异的射线吸收性能和高载流子迁移率寿命积、组分可调等特性,有望取代碲化镉探测器和部分硅辐射探测器,成为新一代辐射探测器材料,在医疗成像设备上有重要应用。课题组主要聚焦制备高稳定和高灵敏度的的钙钛矿单晶探测器,相关工作发表在Advanced Science等期刊上。 2、氚的在线测量技术:绿色和能源是二十一世纪的主题。核能做为清洁能源,在中国能源的占比将进一步提高。核能工业废水中氚活度监测是辐射环境安全监管的重要内容。氚传统监测的流程包括人工取样、实验室制样、仪器测量等步骤,流程长、耗时多、连续工作能力差,且会产生大量核废物。本课题组将重点研发新型的氚在线测量技术,实现氚的快速测量和零放射性核废物。 3、同位素电池:同位素电池在军事和太空、深海探索等领域有战略价值。放射性同位素电池与其他供能装置如化学电池、燃料电池、太阳能电池相比,具有使用寿命长、能量密度大的独特优势。非常适合为深远太空、深海、高山、海岛、荒漠、极地等特殊环境下或植入式器件等密闭系统供电。课题组主要关注同位素电池中半导体换能单元的优化及性能提升,致力于开发可长期供电的产品。目前电池效率为国内最高水平。相关主题发表SCI论文7篇,其中两篇获得APL编辑主页推荐,其中一篇获得美国物理学会AIP“科学之光”(Scilight)杂志专题报道。
